About IMARC | Profiles | Our Clients
If you seek employment with IMARC, come prepared with a long history in the mortgage industry coupled with an ability to write well.
Our competition may choose to focus on prospective hires from law enforcement. We are different. We hire mortgage professionals who have an ability to ferret out loan fraud. Instinct is more important to a mortgage fraud review than any other talent we can hire for.
For example, do you know how a loan officer can slip false income into a file without the borrower knowing about it? Do you know how to falsify a source of down payment or a VOD? Can you explain the value of the HUD-1 in determining whether you have fraud-for-profit or fraud-for-housing?
If you do, we would like to hear from you.
Submit a resume showing at least seven years experience in the mortgage industry. You must have a complete understanding of full documentation files. If your experience is limited to “stated” or “NINA” loan products, this is not sufficient, and we encourage you not to apply.
A writing sample is required. Please submit a 700-800 word essay on your experience with the mortgage industry in general and mortgage fraud in particular. Tell us why you would thrive in an environment that demands clear thinking, good judgment, and an ability to convey facts and findings with authority.
A college degree is preferred, but exceptional industry experience may suffice.
